The sun is out (almost) every day. The fruits coming to the stores shelves with real color , real aromas and real taste.
I going to visit my family soon and my mind just had a little touring back to my childhood (Yes, I “going” back pretty often to my childhood, because it was magically😉).
So, I went back because we had a phone talk with my mom and because i forgot already which months is which fruits season.. And I am so excited about those fruits what i can pick from the trees in our garden. So we just discussed I miss all my favorite, what is huge juicy apricot and the sour cherry.
Of course I can eat a lot of peach, plums, and pears what i also love.
But the real magic in this month, it’s a herb what technically we can enjoy in all year but this month help to us eating the green part in a lightsalad. Ok, what am I talking about?
This is the dandelion . One ofe the most important and helpful herb on the world

link. I will share with you 2 recipes now what was my favorite in this year. I eating the leaves alone too, but after a few days eating, can be pretty bitter like almost every herbs what help to clean our livel.
Dandelion-shrimp salad
First i made a great, light salad, based with Dandelion leafs and anything green what you like. The extra was olives, shrimps and feta cheese, sprinkled with a few drops of pomegranate balsamic vinegar
